With >16 years of experience in strategy consulting, supply chain management, logistics, and product management. At Flexport, I have played a critical role in building and growing the company from 250 to 3000 employees in the last 9 years. I am currently the Vice President of AI Operations Technology, Control Tower (B2B SaaS), and Ocean Consolidations, spearheading the product vision, strategy, and execution for scalable products that serve thousands of customers and enable seamless global trade. In this role, I direct a global team of over 100 members to drive the P&L of the 3rd largest freight product at Flexport. I also lead the SaaS product suite of Flexport called Control Tower that includes services like Order management, Supply Chain Planning and Optimization and Booking Management. Expanding my scope into technological transformation, I now also head the Operations Technology and Integrations Technology teams. This involves leading Product Managers to automate end-to-end operational workflows utilizing AI and intelligent agents, and overseeing critical enterprise system integrations, including API and EDI infrastructures. Current responsibilities include: (1) pricing & procurement strategy, (2) client relationship & sales growth, (3) product, engineering & AI automation strategy, (4) operational process design, (5) growth & profitability optimization, (6) cross-functional enablement, (7) customer feedback loops, (8) program management & analytics, and (9) enterprise integration management (max direct reports: 20). Prior to this, I was Sr. Director Product & Product Operations, overseeing key freight management products, and Head of Operations - Americas, leading ~150 professionals managing almost 50% of Flexport's regional business. Before Flexport, I worked at L.E.K. Consulting, leading private equity, M&A, and new market entry projects across Southeast Asia. I also worked at DHL's consulting arm, leading corporate strategy and supply chain technology initiatives in Singapore, Miami, and Germany. My mission is to leverage my expertise in product management and operational excellence to create value in global trade. I am passionate about scaling companies and building AI-driven solutions that solve complex problems, improve customer experience, and enhance efficiency. Leading Flexport’s AI-driven supply chain transformation. I direct a global organization of 100+ members, bridging cutting-edge product strategy with core commercial operations.
