General Ledger Responsibilities • Performed monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of cash balances • Prepared and recorded Accounts Payable accruals during month-end close • Prepared and recorded interest accruals in accordance with accounting policies • Monitored prepaid expenses and ensured proper periodization • Reconciled Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to supporting schedules • Executed general ledger reclassifications to maintain proper account alignment • Participated in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and accounting process changes, validating accuracy of financial data and reporting • Support financial audit in Ambu Group which the areas are handled by Financial Shared Services Treasury Responsibilities ● Documenting, checking, and timely processing all payments accurately via online banking portals (EMEA countries) ● Responsible for weekly/monthly bank reconciliation ● Responsible for timely recording and reporting of accurate financial transactions of organization in compliance with company policies ● To monitor bank balances and propose fund transfers among banks ● Responsible for Treasury month end closing ● Managing, preparing, and presenting accurate and timely cash position reports. ● Assist in process improvement procedure as required by the management team which focus on standardization ● Support and involved in ERP system testing for new divisions ● Responsible for handover of new divisions which assigned by superior ● Involved in cash pooling postings.
