She began her career in the financial industry involved in credit management, investment analyst, market analyst and offshore financial regulations; experiences both in the private sector as well as in various regulatory agencies. During that period, her quest to improve her knowledge and skills led her to pursue her Masters in Business Administration from University of Hull, United Kingdom. She also continues to improve herself and led her to discover the benefits of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy™, NLP Coaching and Hypnosis. Chai Kim was trained personally by Drs. Tad & Adriana James acknowledged, international leaders in this field and is certified as a Master Practitioner NLP, Master NLP Coach and Master Practitioner Time Line Therapy™ and Master Practitioner Hypnotherapy. She is also a member of the American Board of NLP, American Board of Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy ™ Association. • Liaise with Government agencies and relevant authorities in relation to the various projects such as to set up Asian Broadcasting Network (M) Sdn Bhd operations on behalf of the owner • Monitor the company’s internal and external compliance requirements: • Coordinate with all the departments and ensure timely submission for all and in compliance requirements with the present Malaysian laws on related to broadcasting for all the licence requirements, to the Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and other government agencies. • Assist Marketing, Technical, Content Department in reviewing and ensuring all content, roll out plans are regulatory compliant and compliant with company’s internal policies. • Work together with other Government agencies, e.g. Censorship Board, MIDA, EPU etc. to establish a good working relationship with ABN.
Undertake project related research and analysis; Undertake specific assignments on relevant topics under the initiatives; Assist in monitoring of progress of work plans related to the initiatives; Coordinate and undertake preparatory work for discussions of issues at internal meetings, review group meetings and decision making meetings; Participate in discussions and policy analysis related to these initiatives; Assist in data work and other gathering of intelligence to support all work related to these initiatives; Liaise with internal and external parties on the initiatives and undertake other secretariat functions and provide technical assistance/advice to relevant committees and project teams

Develop and implement strategies for the development of the various financial services industry including Labuan International Financial Exchange in Labuan through new guidelines and policies in line with the government objectives.
