I am a HR Professional and a Clinical Psychologist who is trying to deep understanding of Human Insight. I am a Behavioral Assessor trying to match the right employee to the right position using Assessment Center. I believe that using my Clinical Psychologist experience in all side of my work life is one of my strong part. In 2019, the Head Office Human Resources Business Partner Management was established and I have started to work as a Human Resources Business Partner (HR Manager). My current Accounts are; *Customer Experience & CRM *Customer Insights and Marketing Communication *Women Vision Brand Directorate *Men Casual Brand Directorate My Responsibilities are: *Being the first point of contact for all employees in my account, regarding all HR processes, systems and practices *Coordinating between department managers in my account and HR Departments like Talent &Performance, L&D, C&B, Recruitment, OD, Employee Relations *Mentoring CFR, coaching OKR of each managers in my account *Making regular field visits and Identifying the business units’ needs and communicate them with the related units in HR Department *Observing the employees in their existing work environment based on “LC Waikiki Principles”. *For the right recruitment, observing the employees or candidates who is going under task change and promotion process in Assessment Center and being observer in the candidate’s fitting to the position. *Executing the performance management process *Serving the departments I am responsible for in the Individual Performance System Project which was build with Mc Kinsey in 2019; mentoring managers in position based report card and goal determination processes to increase the competence and extent of performance management. (We use SAP HR Module.) Taking a role in internalization of principles by the employees. Beside working as a HRBP in Head Office since 2019, I worked as a Training Talent and Performance Management Manager in Domestic Logistics as a Temporary Assignment. My main role was ensuring the integration of Domestic Logistics Talent & Performance Management Functions with Head Office. I managed a team which has 13 employees. The tasks in my responsibility were; * Performance Evaluation and Management * Talent Management * Learning and Development After this temporary assignment, I still continue my duty as HRBP at the Headquarters.
I have requested a transfer myself from LC Waikiki Domestic Logistics to LC Waikiki Head Office Human Resources Directorate as HR Psychologist title. The tasks I have been responsible in Talent and Individual Performance Management were; *Leading Performance Meetings with managers in periods of 3 months in performance&Potential management processes for evaluating employee performance levels, mentoring the managers in the process of feedback which will be given to the employees who show low performance, enabling feedback culture to be widespread in the company. *Preparing detailed reports on the employee who’s going under task change and promotion process by applying Assessment Center (Case Analysis – Roleplay –Competence-based Interview) and being decisive in the candidate’s fitting to the position. Doing feedback sessions with the candidate. I am also writing cases for Specialist and Managerial Positions. *Creating the job posting content that the managers want to open inside the company. Publishing the post, examining the resumes, following up the applications, making an interview the appropriate candidates with the manager and to complete the process by following it. *Conducting seminars/trainings to employees or managers about Career Coaching, Feedback etc. issues. *As a psychologist, doing individual career coaching for employees who demand career consultancy by the project “Now is Your Time” every Tuesday of the week. *Making individual sessions regarding around 5000 white collar employees’ professional and personal problem and complaints; supporting the employee, being a consultant in resolving the problem. *As Psychologist, supporting the recruitment team in spesific positions which need a psychometric test.
I was giving consultancy to the couples who applied to the treatment for having children as well as applying therapy to all kinds of adult psychiatric problems especially on sexual dysfunctions. At the same time I was attending TV shows as guest psychologist. In certain days of the week, I was giving consultancy service to workplace employees.
I was conduction psychotherapy sessions extensively in the psychiatry center where I worked with psychiatrists 5 days of the week. The number of sessions I performed in a month was over 100. At the same time I was conducting seminars and group trainings for depression, panic attack, obsessive compulsive disorder, positive parenting, communication skills in children, dealing with negative situations in children, anger management etc. On the other hand, I was giving addiction consultancy in the sessions where I applied Mora therapy for quitting smoking.
These clinics are opened by İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality at 30 different places. These clinics are free for citizens. While I was doing psychotherapy sessions with patients, I got weekly educations from well known and highly respected professors and instıtute Davranış Bilimleri (DBE)
