Longevity is not just about adding years to our lives but about adding life to our years. For the past 20 years, I’ve been running entrepreneurial ventures in the longevity and healthy food sectors. These experiences have taught me that longevity isn’t only about eating well; it’s also about the connections and communities we build, the work we do, and the courageous, creative actions we take to live a meaningful life—especially in times of uncertainty. We can eat healthily and take pills, but if we live a life of emptiness—following others’ expectations, feeling stuck, or lonely—we may still fall ill and fail to live life to the fullest. I now lead experiential workshops designed to help individuals and corporate leaders get unstuck and innovate by building communities and teams that co-create, turn fear into action, and thrive in complex times. Drawing from my background as a classically trained pianist and improvisation theater artist, I use techniques to foster psychological safety, trust, deep connection, active listening, creative action, and a more humanistic form of leadership—especially when there is no clear map. Humanistic leadership is key to helping teams innovate and build lasting businesses and brands. I am an economist by training, holding an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Economics from Bocconi University. Additionally, my lifelong passion for ancient wisdom, philosophy, and the arts—particularly as a pianist and improvisation theater artist—guides me in helping teams unlock co-creativity, foster innovation, and embrace courageous leadership in times of uncertainty when there is no clear map.

Built an international community around Mediterranean values: care, community, legacy, and collective good. For 15+ years, connected Italian family owned producers (olive oil from 1000-year-old trees, regenerative agriculture) with U.S. clients—not just selling products, but teaching the Mediterranean approach to life. Created workshops and retreats on healthy longevity, midlife reinvention, and finding meaning through care and connection. Clients stayed loyal for 15+ years because of shared values: sustainable agriculture, multigenerational thinking, creating beauty (not just profit). This experience taught me what I now facilitate: leadership rooted in care, community, and long-term value—lessons from family businesses and artisan producers who think in generations, not quarters.
Instead of scaling my own business, I chose to "scale out"—helping sustainable Italian family businesses and artisan producers find their voice and reach international markets. Provided strategic consulting on: -Brand identity and storytelling rooted in care and craft -Building engaged communities (not just acquiring customers) -Leadership transition (from founder to next generation) -Balancing tradition with innovation Philosophy: True impact isn't always about growing bigger. Sometimes it's about lifting others up and preserving what matters across generations.
