Be responsible to build internal online recruitment system together with vendor outside (i.e. needs assessment, online system maintenance and internal training, etc.) Take lead in running the Management Trainee Program, and build close working relationships with local HRBP to support the development of MT Program. Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment delivery of allocated vacancies across multiple functions in Beijing and Tianjin area, using all methods available (i.e. direct sourcing, employee referral, social media, etc.)
The Youth Development Program provides a safe, supervised, and welcoming environment that supports the holistic development of youth in grades 6th through 12th—particularly Chinese immigrant and American-born Chinese teens. Middle and high school teens learn leadership skills, engage in community activities, experience a sense of belonging, and become ready to make healthy, responsible choices in their lives.
Work at the Elderly Service Department. Work with program supervisors to use the logic model develop an outcomes measurement system to measure program outcomes and use the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) software system to maintain program data and generate program reports for program performance analysis.
Have a working knowledge of SSI and SSDI. Have a knowledge of resumes,as well as how to help clients complete job applications. Fill out and compile forms. Research topics, make agendas, and attend the monthly family support group. Look up job leads in and around the city of Chicago areas and send brief synopses to the employment specialists, every week. Organize the binders and documentation. Work with clients on interview skills. Work on social interaction/challenge clients in new situations including playing games, art making, and any other creative endeavor.
Facilitate the Urban Arts Program with task supervisor and other interns. Collect and summarize information regarding similar programs through online research. Use ETO software to maintain database and make record for the Urban Arts Program.
