With revenues of more than $17 billion and approximately 55,000 employees, the company's major operating subsidiaries include Cox Communications, Cox Automotive and Cox Media Group. • Act as a day-to-day liaison with Cox Talent Acquisition Leadership, Requisition Delivery, Candidate Management, and Pipeline Management to ensure continuous alignment between logistics management and overall TA strategies and processes. • Drive operational improvements and team engagement through transparency, ownership, and collaboration. • Collaborate with teammates to: o Seamlessly deliver exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences o Support functions as needed (e.g., posting open positions, extending offers, managing applicant tracking requirements, etc.) o Maintain accurate and timely documents pertinent to the recruiting process • Coordinate interview scheduling process (phone/telepresence/face-to-face/panel interviews) • Prepare Offer Letters and other appropriate documents for candidates (relocation and sign-on bonus agreements, etc.) • Managed pre-employment screening processes including onboarding, background checks, tests and screenings. • Reviewed and interpreted background investigation results to facilitate adjudication process • Actively enhance skills and abilities within logistics management by developing an understanding of business unit talent strategies/culture and understanding TA strengths and challenges in assigned areas. • Utilize available tools and resources to enhance logistics management throughout the requisition lifecycle. • Network with internally and externally to stay abreast of trending and best practices.
Set operational and financial goals based on the performance matrix, co-managed staff to produce desired results; via regular staff meetings, creation of on-site goal boards and effective feedback. • Recruit, train, develop, motivate, supervise and assess performance of new hires in order to achieve operational and financial goals of the branch. • Organized best practices to improve the branch’s sales trend. • Upsold add-on services to existing customers generating incremental revenue. • Maintained productive relationships with existing customers through exceptional follow-up after sales. • Market company products and services to automobile dealerships, body shops and insurance companies that resulted in 15% growth in stride for complete utilization of rental branch resources. • Responsible for maximizing collections by ensuring those rental payments are collected in a timely manner, and that bad debt accounts are pursued aggressively. • Achieved Top Ten Sales Performances on a Regional Matrix.
