My responsibilities include: Managing ventilators and artifical airways for patients who can not breathe on their own. Responding to Code Blue, rapid response, and other emergent care calls. Performing CPR and assisting with intubations. Analyzing blood specimens to determine ventilation and oxygenation levels. Consulting with physicians to recommend change in therapy. Educating patients and families about how to best maximize recovery. Documenting efficiently and honestly.
