Led research-driven service and experience design projects, developing frameworks and insights that supported organizational growth ahead of Nexo´s acquisition by BTS (https://bts.com/). Managed multi-disciplinary teams (2–4 members) and collaborated closely with clients across industries including Unilever, Roche, Meta, McKinsey, Itaú, and Grupo Boticário. Scope of work: Service Design, Organizational Innovation, Strategic Research, Employee Value Proposition, Employer Brand Strategy, Service Definition, and Cultural Transformation. Key achievements: - Delivered 20+ projects using human-centered methodologies: Design Thinking, Design Sprints, co-creation workshops, and prototyping. - Conducted 300+ interviews with users, employees, managers, and experts to inform service and organizational design. - Synthesized research into strategic recommendations impacting products, services, and cultural transformation initiatives. - Oversaw cross-functional teams, integrating designers, copywriters, and consultants to ensure high-quality research outputs. - Supported projects across multiple countries (Brazil, USA, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Mexico, Paraguay), adapting methods to diverse user contexts.
