I’m a Senior RPA Developer and Citizen developer Lead at Carbery Group, where I’ve been building and scaling enterprise automation capability since 2021. I work globally across Ireland, the UK, and the US, delivering end-to-end automations that integrate with complex ERP environments (D365) and cross-functional business processes. My role spans the full lifecycle: discovery, stakeholder engagement, business analysis, solution design, development, deployment, and ongoing optimisation. To date, I’ve built and overseen dozens of production automations, driving major operational impact and year-on-year growth in automation adoption across the organisation. Alongside development, I lead and grow a UiPath Citizen Developer programme — training, mentoring, and supporting 12+ developers (scaling to 20+) to build robust, governed automations. I’m particularly passionate about building automation capability in others, not just building bots. Technically, I have strong hands-on experience with: UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, Document Understanding) Enterprise queue and robot management Jira project governance Microsoft D365 environments Intelligent document processing and cross-regional deployment models What differentiates me is the blend of technical depth and stakeholder fluency. I’m as comfortable in a technical design discussion as I am facilitating workshops, extracting requirements, or translating business pain points into scalable automation strategy. I’m driven by building smarter automations — leveraging AI, improving governance models, and continuously expanding my technical toolkit to stay ahead in intelligent automation. I am interested in connecting with those who would like to design robust solutions, and deliver measurable results, while uplifting the capability of the wider team.
I worked at McAfee for six months on placement. During my time at McAfee my role focused on automated testing of code, which involved writing automation test cases and working on existing code. I worked with the python language and Robot framework for this. I also worked to validate software against new versions of windows.
