I’m Ciara, an HR professional and customer experience leader who blends 15+ years of service excellence with 8 years of social media strategy. In my current HR role, I manage the full candidate journey and core HR operations, from talent sourcing, screening, and interviewing to timesheets and compliance, driving efficiency without sacrificing rigor or detail. I build engaged online communities and elevate brand trust, using analytics to refine content, improve response quality, and inform decisions. I’m equally passionate about training and mentoring, and I stay sharp on emerging HR and social trends so teams and the people we serve see measurable results. Academically, I hold an Associate’s in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s in Human Resources, a degree in Technical Management, and a Supervisor Manager certification.
