    Adipose stem cells and metabolism: My current research focuses on extending current knowledge on adipocyte generation and its impacts on energy metabolism. I use adipose tissue derived stem cells to study how adipocyte differentiation is regulated. The ultimate goal is to provide insight for developing therapeutic strategies for metabolic disorders such as obesity and diabetes.
