With a strong background in business process management and enterprise workflow optimization, I previously worked as a Solutions Consultant focusing on redesigning and digitalizing business operations through technology enablement and process automation. My expertise covers document management systems (DMS), workflow automation, HRM solutions, three-way matching systems, ordering systems, and contract management systems. • Participate in application developments for corporation with 40 subsidiaries, listed company and NGO • Digitalize an operation process through requirements gathering with various stakeholder • Run over 20 training sessions or workshops for promoting and educating end-users to transform operation flow • Collaborate with internal developer for system optimization and new features implementation
- Compile reports outlining requirements from end-users and various stakeholders to optimize existing system - Access, evaluate and refine guidelines for procurement processes - Evaluate, anticipate requirements or risks, uncover areas for improvement, and developing solutions for existing procurement processes - Collect and analyze sales data for 28 of stores over $30M per week for providing business insights to the management
- Source and identify new and high-potential merchandise from Korean market - Maintain accounts of Korean suppliers - Analyze data from past sales to facilitate purchase order decision making - Place purchase orders amounted to over 1 million weekly - Monitor sales and maintain optimal inventory levels for over (230) stores - Coordinate with Quality Assurance department to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations of sale of merchandise
