Contributed to new business ventures in Connected Cars, supporting the rollout of on-board Data Communication Modules (DCM) integrated with the Controller Area Network (CAN). These modules enable delivery of connected services to the subscribers through Toyota’s proprietary Mobility Service Platform (MSPF), a dedicated infrastructure for Connected Car technologies. This initiative aligns with Toyota’s strategic transition toward becoming a mobility company, aiming to equip most new domestic passenger vehicles with DCMs and realize a future mobility society while maintaining a commitment to creating ever-better cars in South East Asia.

To identify the product issue, potential security concern and to understand/meet the customer requirement •Working with databases and system data analysis, incident management. •Works closely with the developers, product team, QA team and account manager to deliver the solution to the customer. •Product integration includes the solution of Data analysis (CISO dashboard, Splunk) servers & cloud service (Azure, AWS), Security (DLP, DLI, fail2ban SSH) and etc. •Hands on in requirement gathering until post release performance/ scalability monitoring, including -Logs Analysis, system resources performance study -Database update. -CVE study, pen test report review. •Technical details writing •To organize and to be a mentor/consultant to the business stakeholder in the long-term business collaboration and to uphold the professionalism and integrity in solution delivery. Environment includes: Cloud Solution – Azure & AWS; Virtual platform – ESX, Vsphere client, Hyper V; Databases, API - Postman, Automation Agent.
