Manages the Level-2 Manufacturing Automation Database and Middleware Hub, ensuring continuous, 24/7 support for vital databases and middleware across Intel’s global Assembly/Test and Fab facilities. The team handles over 500 database systems (Oracle and MSSQL) and 200 middleware instances, driving automation in Intel’s worldwide factory operations. Responsible for the organization's daily functional management, including performance evaluations, talent acquisition, training, employee development, resource planning, reporting, budget management, expense control, and strategic planning. At the same period, I also held the position of Global Domain Service Operations Manager, overseeing a diverse global team spanning Asia, the USA, and Europe. I was responsible for managing the daily operations involved in delivering domain services organization-wide.
