I started as software developer for 8 years and currently work as software tester for 4 years. I am familiar with many programming languages like C#, javascript, SQL and etc. Meantime, I am certified in ISTQB for TM, TTA, TA and Foundation. I am also experienced in working with people from multiple countries likes U.S., Israels, China and India. Currently, my job responsibility is measuring the stability and performance of Crimson’s technology department. Lead the effort to build new test frameworks and execute on manual test plans, work with other test engineers to design and develop a reusable architecture for the test automation process.

Lead the effort to build new test frameworks and execute on manual test plans, work with other test engineers to design and develop a reusable architecture for the test automation process. + Establish and follow Crimson’s in-house software development and testing processes. E.g. source code analysis tools through to the use of continuous integration, automated unit testing and code coverage tools. + Work closely with various developer team members to understand testing objectives and ensure that problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. + Define, document and communicate work effectively (to the level of detail required) and in a timely manner. + Take on leadership responsibilities and influence the direction of Crimson’s automation effort including the schedule and prioritisation. + Assist with scheduling, tracking and costing of Crimson’s projects. + Develop test plans and other documentation as required. + Promote achievement of the company’s business goals within a context of community collaboration. + Adhere to test driven development where appropriate and continuously strive to increase our test code coverage. + Provide technical leadership, mentoring and direction to other team members. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software testing best practices by attending relevant conferences and reading widely.
Design review on development. Plan for test coverage for the release. develop and executed test cases. Setup testing framework with Fitnesse and Selenium. Design and develop black box testing.
I am responsible of creating algorithm to perform ROI segmentIon, defect detections and hardware calibration. Matlab image processing toolbox has been using aggressively. C# is applied as well to convert algorithm in matlab. This is to build an internal solution on a automated visual inspection tool that run in real time in the manufacturing.
I am using tree algorithm to perform data modeling, classification and prediction. Statistical tool like JMP and excel are applied to perform multivariate analysis, root cause analysis, data visualization via different statistical chart. Data are stored in SQL server. Queries, VB.net and C#.net are using extensively to create data loader, data manipulation, data replication and etc. This is a project to drive on yield improvement by helping factories engineers to make a better decision.
I starting to work as software engineer on 2006. The project is to pulling data from sources like oracle, machine, files directories to sql server. VB.net and JavaScript are use at client and server side in the web report. This is an online test time reporting tool.
