I've always been fascinated by how businesses operate behind the scenes. Not the marketing. Not the sales. The systems that keep everything moving. Over the past seven years, I've worked with founders, agencies, and growing businesses to improve operations, streamline workflows, and build systems that help teams work more efficiently. My work sits at the intersection of operations, project management, and automation. Whether I'm organizing projects in ClickUp, implementing CRM workflows, automating repetitive tasks with Zapier or n8n, documenting SOPs, or supporting executives with day-to-day operations, my focus is always the same: Create systems that reduce friction and help businesses scale. One lesson I've learned is that technology alone doesn't solve operational problems. A great system starts with understanding how people work, where bottlenecks exist, and how processes can be simplified before introducing automation. Key Projects: Inventory Management App: Replaced a department’s manual Excel-based system with a custom-built Salesforce application. I handled the full project lifecycle — from data modeling and object creation to validation rules, automation, dashboards, and data migration using the Data Import Wizard. Recruitment App with Agentforce: Currently developing a tailored recruitment application on Salesforce. The app includes end-to-end hiring workflows, custom objects, and automation — with integrated Agentforce for candidate management and upcoming DocuSign integration for digital document handling. These projects have strengthened my skills in Salesforce administration, app development, data management, and real-world business process optimization.
