Singapore, Singapore
I am fascinated by what happens when people and systems become more aware of themselves. In my experience, many leadership challenges are not simply problems to be solved. They are tensions to be navigated, relationships to be strengthened, conversations to be had, and commitments to be honoured. Whether in schools, organisations, communities, or teams, sustainable change often begins when we are able to see more clearly what is happening within us, between us, and around us. Through This Brave Space, I work with leaders, teams and organisations to navigate complexity with courage and coherence. My work includes leadership development, coaching, team effectiveness, organisation development, and culture change. Before founding This Brave Space, I spent 24 years in Singapore's education system, serving in leadership roles at school and system levels. These experiences deepened my appreciation of the challenges leaders face and strengthened my belief that meaningful change is shaped not only by strategy and structure, but also by the quality of our relationships, conversations, and presence. My approach integrates Organisation Development, Ontological Coaching, Gestalt, Polarity Thinking and Somatic Practices. I work primarily with leaders and organisations in the public, social and education sectors, while increasingly partnering with teams and organisations across other contexts. Together, we make sense of complexity, surface what matters, and move forward with greater clarity, commitment and possibility. At the heart of my work is a simple belief: when leaders and systems can see themselves more clearly, they are better able to create the conditions for people and communities to flourish. Be Present. Be Brave. Be Whole.
