I have extensive experience in Executive Leadership, Construction Management as well as Project Management. My experience has been both in power plant construction as well as petrochemical projects. Other experience includes in depth knowledge of all phases of high energy piping welding and installation, on-site field machining and equipment erection/alignment. I am skilled in corporate project procurement as well as managing all phases of field construction activities. My 41 years of experience has been working entirely with nuclear and fossil power generation, oil and gas sectors with specialized companies and I have a very strong safety culture and I am strongly motivated and trained for implementing and executing Safety Programs that are effective for the Petrochemical Industry as well as for Power Projects. Such experience has influenced my total dedication in maintaining the highest standards of Safety at project where I am involved. My work experience has given exposure and provided me broad knowledge to a range of disciplines of work such as automated orbital welding of all alloys, on-site field machining operations, mechanical equipment installation, piping installations, pipelines, structural / mech equipment modules (pre-assembly concepts), lifting and rigging. staffing clients with quality personnel. Further I have strong skills in contract management, cost and scheduling, project controls and auditing systems implementation, leading large groups of skilled trades personnel, mobilizing and managing operations in remote locations, good management presentations skills, and very knowledgeable in overall project management principles and techniques that are effective.
