United States and Mexico Assisted the U.S. Army deployment/redeployment teams in updating their deployment/redeployment plans for certain Military bases across the US, which included plans for the construction and operations of temporary base life support areas in designated areas. This included site visits and meetings with the base staff. Coordinate and daily oversite, construction of temporary base life support areas in different locations around the United States in support of U.S. Army training missions. Coordinated with subcontractors of construction and oversite of 62 COVID test sites around the United States.
United States Mission Iraq As Director of Services (DOS), I managed daily operations for six dining facilities, three post offices, nine MWR facilities, two major Class I yards including ice production and distribution, 5 billeting operations across three base camps and two remote sites. Tracked daily expense reports, inspection and production reports that were developed and presented to corporate headquarters on a weekly basis. Ensured that all operations were following Army and federal regulations. Conducted site visits weekly, scheduled and conducted periodic inspections to ensure all services were being performed to standard.
