Studying at NTU gave me foundational laboratory skills and I also had the chance to work with C.elegans. During my time at NTU, I have explored a wide variety of courses from plant biotechnology to cell biology and antibody therapy and I am confident in tackling whatever comes up ahead! I have worked as a Research Associate under the Validation Team at DotBio, a company specialising in antibody therapeutics including bi- and tri-specifics, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) as well as intracellular antibodies. I have recently moved on to other interests and am no longer looking for opportunities. However, I would love to connect and discuss/learn more about these topics: 1. Cell Biology eg. - Isolated and cultivated primary immune cells from blood of 4 different donors - Maintained mammalian cancer cell cultures of up to 10 cell lines at once - Spearheaded the development of a system to record results for over 6 months of mycoplasma testing and monitoring - Performed routine testing and monitoring of mycoplasma contamination, investigated, and eliminated sources to minimize cross contamination - Validated DotBio's antibodies (DotBodies) produced over 6 months by flow cytometry and cellular assays - Interpreted and analysed data from experimental assays using FlowJo, GraphPad Prism and Microsoft Excel - Presented findings weekly to a team of 15 including the management team - Consolidated more than 1300 DotBodies in Microsoft Excel since the company's founding
