I was commissioned as a senior officer after 9 months of officer cadet training. At my time there, I was exposed to criminal law fundamentals including the Penal Code, Criminal Procedure Code and the Police Force Act among others. As a Deputy Team Leader, I handled disciplinary and administrative matters for a team of over 100 national servicemen and regulars.
