I am a passionate bioinformatician with experience in analyzing bulk RNA-seq, single-nuclei RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics and single-cell immune repertoire seq datasets to decipher the interplay of Fibroblastic reticular cells (FRCs) and T cells in cancer and during lymph node organogenesis.
I am working in the group of Prof. Burkhard Ludewig at the Kantonsspital St. Gallen. I research computationally: 1. the identity, differentiation and functions of Fibroblastic reticular cells (FRCs) in forming critical fibroblastic niches and promoting antitumor T cell immunity in lung cancer 2. the developmental origin, location, structural differences between serially connected accessory lymph nodes and their impact on anti-viral and anti-tumor immune responses
I am working on the development and implementation of new functionality to an ocean microbial genomes web database at the Sunagawa Lab at Institute of Microbiology
Laboratory for Systems and Synthetic Immunology, D-BSSE Implementation of new functionality to "AbNetForests" R package
I am performing my master thesis at Laboratory for Systems and Synthetic Immunology. "AbNetForests: an R package for B cell mutational networks from single-cell immune repertoire sequencing data" "AbNetForests" R package facilitates the study of B cell evolution and somatic hypermutation. The framework involves customizable options for clonal lineage assignment, inference, visualization of B cell mutational networks and assessment of repertoire diversity by processing single-cell immune repertoire sequencing data
