Over the last 12 years I have held executive and general management roles in the services and technology space. An engineer by training, with broad experience across product, marketing, sales and operations, I spent three years on the executive team of New Zealand’s leading digital payments business, Paymark. I am currently the GM Business at New Zealand Post. Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to work in and lead teams across a number of different industries and international markets. I have experience across product & software development, B2B and B2C marketing, strategy, transformation, sales, pricing, project delivery, customer operations and HR. I have a proven track record of driving growth from new and existing markets whilst building and leading highly engaged teams. I have a particular interest in customer-led product development and people-led business transformation.
New Zealand Post – Tukurau Aotearoa is a New Zealand-based delivery and e-commerce logistics company. As GM Business, I am accountable for the customer and commercial outcomes of NZ Post's core market of domestic commercial parcel sending & receiving. Leading the Business Value Stream (tribe), I have functional accountability for the Sales & Customer Management, Product & Pricing, Business Marketing and Commercial & Strategy teams.
As GM Business Marketing I was accountable for NZ Post's B2B marketing and the parcel delivery and logistics products and solutions that enable eCommerce for many of New Zealand’s merchants. We provided courier, warehousing and distribution services through the CourierPost, Pace and Contract Logistics brands and deliver more than 41 million courier parcels a year.

A member of Paymark Executive team responsible for Paymark’s strategic digital transformation, People & Performance (HR) and the Customer Operations function including 24/7 Customer Service, Customer Administration, Change & Project Services (Project Delivery/PMO) and Terminal Certification.
Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of consumer and business products & services for Vodafone NZ. Supporting the Consumer and Enterprise business units to deliver to their commercial objectives by providing product and Customer Experience design, multi-channel deployment and E2E business programme/project management and GTM co-ordination. Part of the Vodafone NZ Customer Operations organisation, the Product Delivery team is also responsible for the delivery and change management of new Customer Operations capability into our channels and in addition post-launch product-in-channel improvement activities.
