I focus on roles and executives that impact companies--business, functional and technical leadership roles. I feel as comfortable filling a leadership role as I do a specialist role, a local assignment or a cross-border one, undertaking a billing or a filling function. I managed the country P&L and groomed my research team. I was the sole business development/ relationship management person for the entire 16 years with Boyden.     Joined start-up as replacement for incumbent Aussie GM and became its first Sales Manager. Worked with specifiers, state and federal water authorities, and national distributor network to introduce a new range of medium to large diameter water pipes. Collaborated with JH's SEAsia management team in Kuala Lumpur on overall business plan. Left amicably to revitalize the local office of a global executive search firm, building country team from scratch.
