At X-Rite Pantone, I define and drive execution of our global corporate strategy across all market segments (Printing, packaging, imaging, textiles, plastics, coatings, automotive, food/beverage and medical) on an annual basis. Customer insight is gained by working directly with customers to understand pain points and opportunities. The OEM business within X-Rite is critical for both growth and technological innovation. It generates a significant portion of our revenue and it serves as the leading edge of technology that over time is deployed to the general market. I led the technical team within this business unit responsible for technical account management of key accounts and partners, product customization and system integration. I negotiated and mediated product specifications, development agreements and contracts between internal and external customers. Development cycles varied from 3 months to 5+ years. By identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders we successfully defined and developed mutually beneficial custom solutions for customers such as Xerox, Epson, Canon, Heidelberg, Komori and EFI.
