Project basis Finance Analyst mainly for build up and improvement of finance/FP&A process: - Building and setting up of budget structure and process - Improvement, automation and integration of manual process and working files - Build and kick start Business and Finance Analysis to help better insights to business - Financial Modeling Dashboards
• Main role as business management analyst supporting the Portfolio Leader in the management of two of Deloitte Consulting SEA largest portfolios. • Responsible in daily, weekly and monthly cadences in reporting and analytics important for decision making, tracking, forecasting and growth and development of the business. • Involvement in planning and budgetting process for the Portfolio/business.
• Perpetually involved in monthly and quarterly financial (P&L, Cash Flow, CapEx, MRC) and business analytical reporting – key for business analysis purposes. • Holds main responsibility to consolidate and report of monthly financial and business reports to the business’s corporate network (Laureate International Universities). • Engaged in numerous analyses heavily related and important for the yearly business Budgeting and LRP processes. • Assisted in CIP entries, Ad-hoc analyses and projects (financial and operational performances) in different key matters and functions important for review and assessment of the business, entity and functions well being. • Partake in Business Partnering duties to assist entities in analysis and reporting related to the health and budget tracking of the business. • Involved in bridging of new system implementations concerning to the growth and development of the business and operational efficiencies.
• Perpetually involved in monthly financial (P&L, Cash Flow, etc.) and enrollment analytical reporting – key for business analysis purposes and uploading of monthly reports to the university’s main network (Laureate International Universities). • Ad-hoc analysis in various key matters concerning the growth and development of the business.
• Acted as middle-operating driver between customers and Groupon Malaysia’s delivery warehouses ensuring successful delivery of products at timely manner. • Involved in solving discrepancy issues in regards to products tracking record system. • Promptly handled and serviced customers’ complaints on delivery and operation related matters on products. • Assisted and engaged with team members in constantly improving operational efficiency in Groupon’s Product Operations functions.
