Cultivate and maintain client relationships. Provide vast-array of full-cycle talent advisory services across a wide range of industries throughout the U.S. Schedule & attend client meetings, determine client needs & execute plans to fulfill. Create and implement process improvement strategies to recruit quality candidates that fit their needs and company culture. Coach/train hiring management teams in accurate & effective interviewing techniques to select top talent without basing their decisions through unconscious bias. Develop interview guidelines & evaluation strategies for each position. Create new & critique existing Job Descriptions. Assist and / or lead in the setup of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Coordinate & attend marketing and social events. Manage contractor pools for various client assignments.
