Monitor and support end-to-end Treasury and Global Markets systems including Murex, EWRS, MXPython, DealHub, FXCore and Cashflow applications. • Handle daily and nightly Control-M job monitoring, failure analysis and recovery to ensure timely EOD and BOD processing. • Perform batch recovery for feeder and extractor jobs, including identifying bad trades, fixing overflow issues, and rerunning failed subsets. • Conduct application health checks across multiple platforms such as PATS, GTCS, Cashflow, TCMS, MDS and DealHub. • Investigate trade, portfolio and datamart issues using SQL queries, processing templates, and dynamic tables. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including FO, BO, Risk, DBA, UNIX, GTS and project teams to resolve incidents and system issues. • Manage service restarts for Murex, Python and EWRS environments during scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance windows. • Troubleshoot file, database, and environment issues, ensuring correct publishing of feeder data and smooth downstream reporting. • Document findings, update internal SOPs and deliver detailed shift handovers to maintain operational continuity. • Support production stability by proactively monitoring alerts, logs, server performance and critical EOD flows.
