At LegalMatch, I acted as the point of contact for the sales operations team and standardized business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business reviews. I provided recommendations and took actions based on strategic objectives, forecasts, or performance metrics, as well as enhanced productivity by enabling the Key Account Managers and Sales teams to work smarter by simplifying processes and evaluating new tools. Identifying and eliminating process bottlenecks and inconsistencies was business as usual. I also assisted with Salesforce administration, project prioritization, and produced and reviewed actionable and accurate reporting and BI tools for reps, managers, sales leaders, and management staff. I worked hard to create product requirement specification documents for the software development team in Jira and Confluence to create new or alter existing features on the website/mobile app. I enjoyed partnering with Marketing to create media for our Youtube channel and work on UI-related issues with the website. Xeluz Productions is a visual communications and brand management company which mainly develops and oversees digital marketing strategies and campaigns. In my role as a Digital Marketing Consultant, I aided clients by enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to client’s social media and business accounts, and generating leads for new projects. In this position I built skills in the categories of web and graphic design, advertising and communications, google analytics, SEO, and project management.
At Boston Properties I worked closely alongside the Manager of Tenant Relations to aid with any projects, events, or office work that needed attention to detail. I frequently met clients for events and conferences, and created and maintained strong business relationships. This was the most fun part of the job for me as I love to interact with clients and make good first impressions. At this position I worked on various projects at the same time for two different supervisors and learnt a lot of valuable experience in prioritizing work and organizing my time efficiently. Not only did I deal with the day-to day administration work, but I also helped the marketing team with creative projects and created videos. By the end of my position, when COVID hit, I had to deal with many complaints and cancellations of bookings which absolutely gave me some great customer service experience.
