Our Unit A.3 in the Secretariat-General is in charge of: • EU and Commission rules on transparency of lobbying and relations with interest groups, management of the EU transparency register • ethical rules for the Members of the College (application of the Code of Conduct for the Members of the European Commission) • Commission's relations with the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF), oversight of general framework for the cooperation between the Commission and the European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO), coordination of anti-fraud policy issues • Commission’s relations with the European Ombudsman, including the handling of the Ombudsman’s inquiries
