I am an operations and logistics leader with experience in high-performance environments such as Amazon and Deichmann. In my current role as Head of Distribution Center South, I lead a logistics site with 130+ employees and drive operational performance, process stability and leadership development. My strength lies in combining hands-on site leadership with structured transformation: building scalable processes, improving KPIs, developing managers and creating a culture of accountability, clarity and trust. Throughout my career, I have led operational change, international rollouts and organizational transformation — always with a clear focus on people, performance and sustainable structures. What drives me is the challenge of making complex operations simpler, stronger and more resilient.
