- Identification of promising global Offshore Wind markets and investment projects in the early development stage - Project Manager Castle Wind Offshore development project (1 GW) off the coast of Central California - Co-execution of EnBW´s market entry in the U.S. Offshore Wind Business and establishment of branch offices in Boston and Jersey City - Close advisory with M&A team and execution of Due Diligence processes Project Management main tasks cover: - Preparation and management of PM Plan with particular focus on WBS, project schedule and budget as well as development of project team - Provision of required input and coordination with engineering teams for CAPEX calculations, feasibility studies and FEED activities - Provision of required input and coordination with commercial and legal teams for contract negotiations, financing concept, risk mitigation, consenting and business case activities - Assessment of auction processes, management of bid preparation and committee work to gain approval for bid submission - Liaison and coordination with multiple consultants and contractors delivering survey and study activities - Cooperation with local stakeholder management team on consenting processes and strategies as well as provision of required input data
