Providing infrastructure and platform architecture, system engineering and system integration services within the fields of Data center, Security, Networking, Server -, Storage and backup systems, Operating systems, Virtualization, Data processing, Web -, database and application services.
• Manage and set priorities for the design, maintenance, development, and evaluation of all infrastructure systems & large scale hosted environments 100.000+ users / 2000+Servers. • Maintain dedicated and managed platforms for KMO as well as enterprise customers. • Design zero-touch installation systems for server and service delivery (dynamic cloud environments). • Conduct assessments and feasibility studies for various upgrade projects, improvements and other conversions. • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedure for infrastructure administration and project management. • Coordinate the deployment of infrastructure security measures. • Assist business units with service level agreements. • Practice IT change, incident and problem management and participate in the QA activities to assure to achieve the desired level of confidence in the quality of the delivered infrastructure. • Act as an escalation point for problems, incidents, and queries that require a high level of technical expertise to resolve. • Responsible for the development, maintenance, management and security of the data infrastructure to ensure ownership and accountability for the key infrastructure components. • Motivate, guide and inspire the Infrastructure Team members to deliver to the best of their ability. • Schedule & prioritize the assignment of technical staff resources to meet business demands through support, project work, and infrastructure technical development. • Experience in managing cross-cultural teams. • Active involvement in transition activities and assessments.
• In charge of the maintenance of Window infrastructure and enable it to meet the targets for availability, reliability, capacity and performance • Plan and manage multiple work streams simultaneously (developing of planning sheets, works schedules and budget estimates) • Proactively identify improvements that can be applied in order to maintain and enhance service standards. • Direct and guide Infrastructure Team members in defining, implementing and maintaining cost efficient technical solutions that meet the business requirements for capacity, performance and availability. • People management including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and performance management. • Overseeing and having responsibility for all the Cloud & Hosting related activities in the organization which contribute to the effective delivery & maintenance of the offered services: Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) • Facilitate the day-to-day monitoring of the entire environment (datacenter, server, network components and assets) to ensure a maximum SLA compliance towards customers • Follow-up major incidents though out their life cycle & facilitate problem investigations. • Managing of key security and patch updates within the operational environment. • Deliver operational excellence by providing of Continual Process review. • Act as a technical contributor in response to bids (RFP’s & RFI’s)
• Delivery, design, maintenance and optimization of the corporate Microsoft infrastructure related to hosting platforms & corporate/client solutions • Assess Windows AD Architecture and windows based services and continue to develop • Administration of user accounts, passwords, security groups • Work with the other IT teams on special projects as required • Configure, deploy and support client and corporate Windows infrastructures inclusive 24X7 • Diagnose and trouble-shoot Windows infrastructures • Incident support and participation in on-call rotation • Create and maintain documentation • Optimizing of the processes and procedures • Participate in the evaluation, deployment and management of new technologies • Increase proficiency an expertise in general Windows technologies
