About

As an emerging passionate and motivated student Exercise Physiologist, I have a strong interest towards providing the best possible care for every client from all walks of life. Shaped by a strong foundation in chronic disease management, rheumatology, autoimmune diseases and musculoskeletal injuries, I am very enthusiastic about delivering evidence-based, individualised care interventions that promote self-efficacy, improve quality of life and support long-term positive behaviour changes. Through my recent experiences, I have also developed a keen interest towards cardiac rehabilitation and delivering appropriate industry-standard care for clients with cardiopulmonary pathologies. I am hoping to work with like-minded individuals as we strive to improve the health of individuals in the community and to bridge the gap between Exercise Physiology services and the rheumatology industry. Areas of Exepertise: • Musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation • Chronic pain • Tendinopathies and tendon rupture rehabilitation • Exercise physiology research • Cardiac rehabilitation
