I am a Principal Partner at CityGate, LLC, a consulting and coaching firm that helps credit unions, associations, and other non-profits tackle their most challenging L&D and leadership development challenges. With over 10 years of experience as a Chief Learning Officer and a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and Innovation Executive (CIE), I have the expertise and credentials to enhance organizational performance, deliver on brand promise, and foster a culture of innovation and change. Before founding CityGate, LLC, I was the SVP/Chief Learning Officer at CUES, where I set the strategic direction for new offering development, products and services, consulting services, and publications. I led the development of new offerings using market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis, and I acted as a liaison between CUES and some of the world's top business schools to design and deliver custom executive education programs. I also contributed to several publications on innovation, change management, and leadership.
