Supervised inbound, inventory control and facilities operations for the whole DC, as well as headed multiple special projects including slotting, establishing MIN/MAX's for products based on historic sales data to ensure continuous flow of product in and out of the DC.
Lead multiple departments including Replenishment, Inventory Control, Returns, Receiving, and Facilities. Also headed multiple special projects ranging from full DC layout change, dealing with damaged over sea shipments and reporting to purchasing to ensure proper compliance with both health requirements and insurance requirements.
