Leading the development and implementation of Coker Construction’s AI and automation strategy across field operations, project management, communication, documentation, and business development. My role combines direct operational observation with practical system building. I work alongside the team to identify bottlenecks, organize existing processes, and turn them into repeatable workflows supported by AI. Current initiatives include: AI-assisted project tracking and daily work coordination Automated field reporting, timekeeping, and photo documentation Centralized operational records for improved accountability and continuity Lead-generation and outbound sales systems Automated subcontractor communication and bid collection Business process analysis and workflow design Development of internal AI agents and operating tools This engagement also serves as a live implementation environment for the Litbox methodology: Observe, Organize, Build, Iterate. My focus is not simply introducing AI tools. It is building a more organized, visible, and scalable operating system around the way the business actually works.
Fence and gate specialty contractor. My role focused on building the online presence and organic SEO for lead generation as a premium brand. Our online sales funnel reached $1M gross sales in 18 months and continues to produce over $1M annually. We were awarded a five year contract with the City of Santa Monica in 2023 as a Public Works Contractor from the Department of Industrial Relations.
