Director of Business Operations for Clinical and Diagnostic Services. Working with other operational leaders to plan and execute process improvement efforts, revenue cycle enhancement, budget management, value analysis and long term planning. Part of an amazing team that tirelessly Champions Children.
Worked with the Medical Staff Services team. Project management focused experience in partnership with administrative and clinical leadership. Led efforts to analyze and restructure the medical resource library collection to increase views per dollar spent. This project resulted in more than $100,000 in savings during the following fiscal year. Co-authored an RFP for the evaluation of the collaborative physician practice arrangement between ACH and the university health system. Following the RFP process, I served as the internal project manager and liaison for our consulting partners during this evaluation. Other projects included: patient and family centered care outreach and organizational structure evaluation, didactic leadership support and Locum Tennum pro forma and budgeting.
Group tutor for International Relations, duties include going to class, preparing a lesson plan that reiterates and elaborates on the lectures given by the professor in class, and providing resources to students in an effort to give them the best chance of success.
Internet and computer services, provide internet and tech support for students at the university.
Maintained up to eleven different leases; included checking them daily and ensuring any maintenance that was needed would take place. I also did various other jobs for the company depending on need from filling in on work-over units to title search work.
