I am President of LOGISTEED International and Chief International Business Officer at LOGISTEED Ltd, responsible for leading the company’s global business across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, and driving international growth across contract logistics and freight forwarding. My mandate is to transform LOGISTEED from a Japan-centered logistics provider into a globally integrated logistics company—integrating our international network, strengthening commercial and leadership capabilities, and driving operational improvement and profitable growth. I have spent my career in the logistics sector, with a focus on operating leadership in private equity-backed environments. I have served as President (LOGISTEED, Livingston International) and Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer (GeoLogistics), working with sponsors and management teams to drive growth, transformation, and value creation across multiple businesses. This experience has shaped a practical, execution-focused approach to scaling international operations—combining commercial development, operational improvement, and M&A and strategic investment. I have also worked directly with companies and investors on growth strategy, market expansion, and transformation initiatives, bringing an operator’s perspective to strategic decision-making. My areas of focus include: • Scaling global logistics platforms across contract logistics and freight forwarding • Building international commercial organizations and key account programs • Leading transformation initiatives, including technology and operating model improvement • Driving growth through M&A and integration • Developing leadership teams across diverse, cross-border markets In addition to my operating responsibilities, I also bring experience in governance and strategic oversight, and currently serve as a Board Director of LOGISTEED Ltd. I am also a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and the author of China’s Logistics: From Laggard to Innovator, which examines the development of China’s logistics system and its implications for global supply chains. Based in Singapore, I work across global markets and have lived and worked in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, South Africa, the United States, and Canada.

As Managing Director at Accenture, I led the Freight and Logistics consulting practice during a time of significant industry transformation, managing the P&L for our logistics clients across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and LATAM. I broadened our logistics focus beyond technology and operations buyers to encompass key decision-makers like CEOs and other C-suite leaders. By fostering trust-based relationships with these top-tier executives, I was instrumental in initiating new collaborations with major industry players in growth markets. This approach led to numerous sole-sourced strategy projects, reinforcing my role as a trusted industry advisor. My thought leadership contributions included insights into the digitalization of logistics, digital logistics platforms, and guiding logistics service providers through the challenges of the COVID era.
