My experience in the U.S. Navy shaped my approach to work through a strong emphasis on teamwork and accountability. I’ve operated in environments ranging from small, two-person teams to large, complex operations involving hundreds of individuals, where success depended on coordination, communication, and trust. These experiences reinforced that high-performing teams are built on reliability and shared ownership of outcomes. I also developed a strong foundation in leadership. Leading teams to accomplish objectives—both routine and complex—has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. I take pride in creating structure, maintaining focus, and ensuring that objectives are met efficiently and effectively. In my role supervising a microbiology lab, I strengthened my technical and analytical capabilities through detailed reporting, documentation, and process oversight. I am highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and reporting, and I am comfortable quickly learning new tools and functions as needed. I’m known for strong organizational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights. I’ve also consistently received positive feedback for delivering reliable, high-quality customer service. I completed my BS in Accounting with a focus on Auditing and Forensic Accounting in October 2023. Through my coursework, I’ve developed a strong interest in investigative analysis, data integrity, and problem-solving. I am particularly drawn to forensic accounting because it combines analytical rigor with real-world application, allowing me to continuously challenge myself while delivering meaningful results. I am currently not seeking employment opportunities at this time. I am happy contributing as assurance staff at Plante & Moran.
