Responsibilities included managing user accounts, resolving Windows issues that users were experiencing, ensuring point-of-sale terminals, workstations and printers remained in operational conditions, reporting and correcting errors found during the execution of various programs, creating and/or maintaining scripts designed to increase efficiency or to improve workflow.
My responsibilities included prompt customer service and support over the phone or through email, quickly getting accurate descriptions the issues of the user and relaying it to the appropriate group to resolve, and managing daily tasks essential to business operations.
