- Responsible for the end to end recruitment with focus in but not limited to Restaurant Operations within approved budget and required timeline. - Execute, facilitate and provide guidance for employees' confirmation and movements including employee exit. - Provides day-to-day industrial relations guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counselling, PIP, disciplinary actions). - Support the execution of HR policies and procedures to provide consistent support for the business requirements aligning to HR aspirations and the company strategies. - Gather and analyse learning and coaching needs for individual or business unit. - Participates in evaluating, monitoring and following up of learning programs to ensure objectives are met. - Coordinate and facilitate delivery of cyclical HR initiatives (such as employer branding including graduates' program, industry benchmarking, employee engagement, team building) for the business segment within given budget and timeline

Recruitment -Involved in sourcing, pre-screening, shortlisting, interview and selection process. -Responsible in performing reference or background checking, medical check-up arrangement, and conclude the hiring process by issuing letter of employment. -Preparing reports and analysis for management on recruitment activities. -Managing and utilizing all sorts of recruitment channels and recruitment agencies in meeting the company’s recruitment needs and requirements. -Identify the internal vacancies and recruitment needs of the company. -Advertise vacancy internally to encourage development and growth of existing employees. -Involved in external recruitment activities such as MCTF Jobstreet Career Fair. -Assist in any other ad-hoc activities related to HR function. Induction -Responsible in conducting new hire orientation program. -Collaborate with internal divisions (i.e. Admin, ISD) in coordinating the number of attendees, access batches, equipment and station setup, network configuring, carpark entitlement and some required documentation.
