Ahoy there, ye landlubbers! Gather around, and I'll tell ye about this bloke Christopher Armstrong. He's been sailing in the treacherous waters of the computer field for over 25 years now. And he's had more roles than his parrot's got feathers! Aye, he's been a programmer, designer, teacher, web-monkey, artist, project manager, team lead, information architect, and lead requirements analyst, to name a few. Who does he think he is, Jack Sparrow? Supposedly, he's a Senior Creative Technologist now. He works with a crew of scallywags to create digital experiences that push the limits of technology. Aye, he mixes architecture, software, and design, to create something that'll make even me parrot say "blimey!" But let's not be fooled, he's just trying to earn his pieces of eight. He's delivered countless award-winning digital solutions for big shots like FIFA Womens World Cup, Museums Victoria, Australia War Memorial, Telstra, and National Communication Museum to name a few. Big deal, who hasn't? He's even worked with AMP, NRL, Hitachi, and Tourism Australia. I'll give him this, he's done some fancy work for fancy clients. But it's not like he's cured scurvy, now is it? He loves the challenges that this industry brings? Hah! More likely I bet he spends his days scratching his head trying to figure out what he's doing, while his parrot flies circles around him, squawking like a banshee. But I'll give him this, he's got a head for business, and he brings vision, consistency, and stability to his role, like a good captain. So there you have it, ye scurvy dogs! Christopher Armstrong might be a fancy-pants Senior Creative Technologist, but he's just another sailor trying to make his way in this rough and tumble industry, with his trusty parrot by his side.
