Based at RAAF Wagga, responsible for leading the Human Performance Optimisation initiatives across Initial Military Training(IMT) and Initial Employment Training (IET).

Primary remit: Establish and implement strength and conditioning systems across Years 7-12 within a Co-Educational Highschool. Secondary remit: Facility management and staff management of a team of S&C Coaches. Key stakeholders: - Director of Sport and Co-Curricular Education - Head of Sport - Physical Education Teachers - Sports Convenors/Administrators - Coaches - Students Main KPIs: - Student attendance within gym (open daily, before-and-after school) - Delivery of 8 PE sessions per week focusing on skill acquisition and physical capacity. - Engagement of S&C services across co-curricular sports. Key results: - Gym attendance rates grew year-on-year from 2019 to 2022 amidst disruption caused by COVID-19. 2019 = 156 unique visitors to the gym with at least 2 or more visits. 2022 = 225 - Session delivery within PE expanded to the development of an 'Introduction to Fitness' program. The program saw Year 7 students in Term 1 introduced to the gym following a program aimed at developing foundational movement patterns. - Development of S&C sessions for co-curricular sports before and after school. Main ISA Sports such as Basketball, Netball, Rugby, Football and Field Hockey had structured gym sessions provided as well as S&C facilitation on the field.
