Full accountability for the Technical Supply Chain in Etihad Airways for Operations, Cost and Compliance: - Leading and transforming the supply chain in Etihad Technical in support of the accelerated growth of Etihad (~15 to 25% yoy) - Designed and implemented the insourcing of the supply chain functions including material planning, procurement, warranty, repair management, and store operations - Delivered an improvement in operational performance by 40% - Delivered recurring cost and operational efficiencies between 10 and 15% - Grew the supply chain workforce by a factor of 10 in less than 36 months to ~200 FTE - Strengthened the contract management and the relationship with suppliers to maximise the mutual value creation and performance delivery - Strengthened the way of working with internal departments such as Fleet Engineering, Maintenance Operations, Safety & Quality, and Finance
