SCOPE: Design, Construction, and Start-up of Two Greenfield Polymer Producing Facilities RESPONSIBILITIES: I. SITE SUPPORT FOR OPERATIOS & START-UP Coordinate Commissioning/Start-Up for Polymer Finishing for the following areas: (I) Resin Transport [closed-loop inert system], (ii) Catalyst Transport [RIBC transport, automated manipulation, discharging to process, & dust containment], (iii) Additive Dosing into Extrusion Process, (iv) Extrusion/Pelletizing/Screening [including auxiliary systems], (v) Dense Phase Pellet Transport [including screw compressor pneumatic power system], (vi) Semi-Automated Rail Car Loading Systems, (vii) Pellet Storage Silos [including dry cleaning of Silos], (viii) Hopper Car Wash & Deheeling System, and (ix) Dust Emissions Evaluation for Environmental Permitting. II. PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM A. Subject Matter Expert Representing CPChem During Detail Design for the Following Areas: (I) Resin Closed Loop Inert Transport System, (ii) Resin & Additive Handling and Dosing [including FIBC handling/unloading/dust containment], (iii) Extruder/Pelletizing & Dewatering/Screening Systems [including auxiliary systems], (iv) Dense Phase Pellet Transport Systems [including screw compressor pneumatic power system], (v) Semi-automated Rail Car Loading Systems, (vi) Hopper Car Wash/Deheeling System, (vii) Dust Collection & Containment, (viii) Catalyst Semi-automatic RIBC Transport/Manipulation/Dust Containment/Discharge into process. B. Consultant for NFPA Dust Hazard Mitigation/Classification Guidelines including: (I) Assisting in Determining Area Electrical Classification for Hazardous Dusts, (ii) Providing Information on Positive Proofing Grounding Systems for critical areas

[2] Company wide Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Mechanical Processing and Bulk Material Handling challenges. [3] Support ongoing projects with expertise, skills, and experience in Mechanical Processing and Bulk Material Handling applications. MAJOR PROJECTS [I] ChevronPhillips [see above] [II] CONFIDENTIAL Polypropylene Plant Definitive Estimate- Additive/Dosing System Study, Pellet Transport / Blending / Loading Support, Dry Rail Car Cleaning System [Dust Free] [III] Budgetary Proposal for CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT for Building Frac Proppant Manufacturing Facility- assisted in developing full scale manufacturing facility from pilot plant [IV] Definitive Estimate for Manufacturing Battery Precursor Ingredients for BASF- Innovated the proposed use of semi-automatic FIBC handling/unloading/dust containment of carcinogenic heavy metal ingredients for Battery Precursor [V] Detail Design for CONFIDENTIAL Catalyst Plant- Innovated the use of semi-automated transport/manipulation/dust containment of Portable Tanks containing hazardous [pyrophoric/corrosive/carcinogenic] metal precursors for manufacturing specialty catalyst. [VI] Consulted for Debottlenecking of ChevronPhillips LDPE Plant Resin/Pellet Transport Systems- successfully used own program to calculate pressure drops and to determine locations in existing piping to decrease pressure drop and/or make line size increases to reduce transport velocities and increase transport capacities.
