As an F-22 Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) Instructor Pilot, I coordinate directly with Headquarters USAF, Air Combat Command (ACC), and industry partners to develop, validate, and field operationally suitable combat systems and weapons for the F-22. I plan, execute, and report on ACC-directed operational tests, tactics development initiatives, and Operational Flight Program evaluations, serving as an ACC operational test representative and key decision-maker throughout the test and acquisition process.
Served as the Current Operations Assistant Director of Operations, directly supporting the DO in the daily supervision, mission execution, and tactical and professional development of 52 Total Force Integration personnel.
Ceritifed F-22 Mission Commander and Instructor Pilot responsible for a 9 person team & the training, discipline, and professional development of 25+ pilots.
