Serving as the Global Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC) migration technical implementation lead. Lead the technical implementation of Third party PQC tools in client environments to support crypto discovery, remediation, and migration efforts to protect against Harvest Now Decrypt Later attacks. Developing cryptographic engineering processes to improve application performance, business processes, user interface & user experience design, and AI/ML process performance. Lead the technical implementation of event and data driven cryptographic invocation to improve business application performance and customer experience. Performance areas include faster application ETL data flow processes, application process automation process flows, internal and external application access authentication/authorization providing improve user and customer experience. Building and implementing processes to improve LLM training, SLM data ingestion processes, and infrastructure and tooling CICD processes such as faster LLM model validations, faster/more accurate data ingestion pipelines, and less compute overhead and token usage. Engineering cryptographic algorithm hybrid deployment and rekeying microservices. Building automated cryptographic algorithm invocation performance testing to validate operational efficiency as well as adequate security posture management during PQC migration efforts.
in my efforts to gain a better understanding of quantum hardware development I am conducting research with this group. We are exploring different modalities and materials that can be used to build a commercially viable fault tolerant quantum computer. I am also learning how to use specialized lab instruments and equipment necessary for building and calibrating quantum hardware.
Pioneered a Behavior-Driven Zero Trust (BDZT) architecture design for on-prem, cloud, AI/ML, and quantum systems. Primarily focused on leveraging Behavior Driven Zero Trust to design quantum error correction surface code, quantum operating system and hybrid biological quantum processor.
• Led DevSecOps Engineering on a 380-million-dollar cloud migration program for a Pharmaceutical company automating SOC functions and building a DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline factory. • Served as an Enterprise Security Architect on a 359 million dollar AWS Cloud Migration Project, for a Medicaid program for a state DHHS agency. • Developed CI/CD pipelines for a federal health agency, migrating Medicaid applications to AWS and Azure, and integrating security tools for threat analysis & forensics.
