I have been active in a plethora of working environments within the shipping and logistics sector since my youth. After my apprenticeship, which included stations such as container chartering, multipurpose chartering, sale and purchase of cargo vessels and time charter accounting, I gravitated towards the operations department, into which I was promptly accepted after completing my final exams. Since then, I have handled the daily operations of countless container vessels between 300 and 1300 TEU, and also took charge of Ernst Russ' remaining 5 roll on/roll off vessels in 2013, 4 of which are still under my care to this day. Due to consolidation within the company, I am now also handling part of our multipurpose vessels' charters. During the last years I have also created, and am still in charge of, several hire and income pools.
Administration of the Operations Department in combination with commercial management of roughly 40 container feeder-, roll on/roll off-, and multipurpose vessels. Handling of the vessels' daily operations, as well as management and support of freight and hire income pools.
